1 Bedroom self catering apartment situated
in picturesque Palma Nova
The apartment
is 5 minutes walk from one of the 3 sandy beaches, close to
a small harbour and 3 minutes walk from the popular Golf
Fantasia’. Nearby are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops,
and a McDonalds. The wide esplanades and newly constructed
walk-ways provide plenty of scope for walking and cycling.
On the beaches there are table tennis tables, volley ball
nets, children’s
playing equipment, pedal boat hire and water skiing. 2 km
away is ‘Marineland’ and the Aqua Park.
As you enter the apartment a utility room is on the right
which contains a washing machine, electric boiler, gas
bottles, electric
mains lever and water stop cock lever. A large built in
closet lies next to the utility room. On the left is the
kitchen with gas cooker
and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Directly in front of
the kitchen is a dining area and lounge. Sliding glass doors
lead to the
balcony complete with tables and chairs.
The bedroom has a double bed and large clothes closet with
space for the travel cot (stored under the bed) or one of
the 2 folding
beds. A sliding door leads onto the balcony. In the lounge
there is a double sofa bed and 2 folding beds. Furniture may
be moved
around to accommodate the beds and a curtain may be drawn
across for more privacy.
The good sized bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and
wash basin. A hair dryer and adaptor plugs are available.
You will need to bring your own linen and towels and be
prepared to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy
condition. A gas
convector heater is provided for cooler winter months. There
is an iron and ironing board plus a collection of sand toys,
bats and
balls, baby walker, buggy and beach umbrellas for your use.
Palma Nova is approximately 20 minutes taxi ride from Palma
airport. There is a good bus service to Palma and other
parts of the
island. Alternatively hire car firms are readily available
in Palma Nova. Information of island attractions is to be
